We help organisations improve how they operate, govern and deliver change. The business was established in 2019 and works across the United Kingdom from a base in Hamilton, Scotland.
Our starting point is the work: what needs to happen, where the organisation is experiencing friction and what would make a practical difference. Technology is part of that picture, alongside processes, organisation and information.
Barry leads the consultancy. The approach combines independent challenge with a practical focus on delivery, ownership and decisions.
